After I found the Martha Stewart rug that I wanted to buy, on several occasions it was impossible to find it again. There was some glitch on your website. I really had to persist. In the end I was able to purchase it and the customer service end of my interaction went smoothly. I was given the 10% discount that the website promised. And I am truly satisfied with the quality of the rug that I purchased.

The rug is shedding badly and there are many loose threads. . I am concerned it will not be durable as the quality is questionable.
