Got the wrong mat

Slightly askew. The lamp arrived promptly and was easy to assemble, but the central pole needs to be screwed together and was slightly askew, leaving the lamp with a slightly bent appearance. It's not what I hoped for.

We kept the rugs but the color on your website is not accurate. On the site it’s a lot lighter than in real life. Other than that the experience was fine.

The delivery date given to me was July 17th. The first delivery time was 3:00, and then it was changed to a later time on the 17th. And then it was changed to end of day. Today is the 20th and I have not received my area rug nor have I received any further updates from FedEx as to the delivery time and date. Please don't charge my credit card until I confirm delivery of my area rug.
