Defective clock, non existent customer service
The clock showed up with the middle digital bar not working, so none of the numbers could be read. Not the hugest deal as I contacted customer service hoping to get a replacement clock, which sent an automated message saying they would get back to me in 1-3 days.
After no one got back to me after 9 days, I sent a follow up email, which has now been another 9 days.
Hope to get my money back, but I supposed I’m not holding my breath.
