Ordered the Ennis Tile Bookend in steel, came completely covered in black matte plasti-dip/paint. Nothing like the pictures. Tried to contact design milk and the designer directly and they both completely ignored me. Never buying from here again.

Wanted to return it because the color in real life was difference and contacted the return team twice last month and haven't heard anything! Been a whole month and still haven't heard nothing.

I never could get a response to return it. And I had to go through PayPal. Not a good company. They don't care about their customers.

Terrible service. Called and left messages multiple times. Reached out by email and only heard back when I continued to follow up, often a week after sending first request. Frustrating experience. First and last time I will make a purchase through this site.

I never received these and took a month to resolve by issuing a refund. Terrible customer service.
