loses hours per day...asked how to exchange for a working clock....NOT a refund...or a different product. Just an exchange. Told to try different batteries. After wasting money on two different D size premium batteries...now they want me to upload pictures of front and back of clock. I don't have time for this nonsense, and it's worth $140 to me to just trash this worthless company on every website I can. I NEVER (ever) have written a negative review...but when you treat the customer as the "problem"...they motivated me!

I contacted several times in order to resolve the issue that I had never received my items. No one ever returned my phone calls or e-mails. There is no customer service.
