I had to contact Design Milk repeatedly (4 times) before receiving credit for the never-dispatched knife. This is the 2nd time I've had this happen with Design Milk; the first, months after I'd ordered a clock, I received an email telling me the order had been canceled and a credit had been issued. I won't order from Design Milk, despite appreciating the product line, for this abiding problem with delivering.

I think design milk misrepresented the way these organizers worked. If you had tried them you would have found that they had problems and hopefully would not sell them. Big loss of credibility for you guys, IMHO.

no response via customer support, had to reach out via instagram and then received help right away. However, no returns or exchanges are not very practical. Don't blame the vendor!
