Mediocre design and aesthetic with poor customer support and service

Delivery was okay. The package was partially opened on arrival. The main issue is the return process. I have contacted Design milk to make a return and have heard nothing from them in weeks. It says it should take 1-3 business days, or 24 hours on the website but I have heard nothing.

I wish customer service was more attentive with follow ups.

I really wanted to support local artists, so prdered these earrings, that looked pretty. I kept waiting, over 2 months, to get them. I contacted customer service about it 4x, and they weren't very apologetic, just told me they were coming from a distance - which was not on the listing. The earrings finally arrived, the other day. They are pretty colors, bit very flimsy and the earring hook is cheap. I expected better quality, for the price. I went out to the market, and someone picked up my earring from the floor - it had fallen out eadily. I'm hoping that getting earring backs, solves the problem, but don't have much confidence that the earring hooks will last or stay on. Bummer.
