terrible customer service

I received the shelves and both shelves arrived damaged from shipping. I can see the indentation in the shipping box that corresponds to the damaged locations on each of the shelves. Other than the shipping damage the shelves look very nice!

Not good.

Our contractor tried to install the brackets into the wall with the anchors. One bracket was able to be fully screwed in but was so on an angle so it was unusable (even when a level was used). The other bracket was screeded into the anchor and broke so it ended up continuing to turn and could not bare any weight. I was very excited to use these shelves but now I only have holes in my wall.

over priced bad piece of plastic.
