So disappointed...
I had a simple order, "ORIGINAL PERFORMANCE SHEET SET". I placed and funded the order on 5/31/19. I received an order number and assumed that it would arrive in 3-5 days? A week later, I called to see what's happening. New warehouse, delays, new website... I was promised that the order would ship no later than 6/10/19 and arrive by 6/14/19. Still no shipping email on or before the 11th, so i called again. New warehouse, my manager cannot guarantee when, so sorry, free pillow cases, 10% off, now 15% off. It is the 17th and they sent me a shipping email! It took them 18 days to send me an order and now they are asking me for a review. Multiple calls and a gift that is late, so nice to put a printed out invoice in a card instead of opening a gift box. Best of luck Sheex, I am sure that I will be returning your product if it has any correlation to your company's service quality, if it ever gets here?
