SHEEX - old

Originally for about the first two weeks of having this product I was impressed. After that, things really went downhill from there. The threading on my Sheex started to pull, and I have a lose threading all over my bed. The area by my feet also became rough / unpleasant to sleep on. Customer service didn’t seem to care one bit, and I have now stored these sheets away. Extremely sad to see given the price I paid for these. Avoid at all costs, can find better elsewhere. Especially for the lack of customer service. Extremely disappointing when you feel like you’ve been taken advantage of as a customer.

Product is awesome love it but purchased 5/26 did not receive until 6/7 that is unacceptable for purchasing a premium product. I also received 3 separate shipments at 3 separate times and the product all came out of the same facility. I will definitely refer the product to others but will also tell them hope they are patient because it will take forever. You need to look at 2-5 day service time like other online suppliers service times mean a lot to customers
