SHEEX - old

Ordered our sheet set and extra pillowcases (both in stock) over the phone on 5/22. Today is 6/5 and we're still waiting on the pillowcases. 15 days + is unacceptable turnaround time in the time of Amazon and other online retailers. You guys need to fix your supply chain and not have excuses about a warehouse move and holidays when I call. If you can't ship in stock product within 2 business days, don't sell your product online, period.

it is nice but.................2 days after I received it they put it on sale for half the price I paid I was angry I thought about returning it and buy the one on sale but it is too much trouble I will not buy again at those expensive price just to find out that few days latter the price change so much

Lets start with what I LOVE about these sheets - the stretchy fitted sheet. This is the ONLY sheet that has ever stayed on my pillow top mattress. I've not had to put the fitted sheet back on the bed once in the two weeks since I got my SHEEX! I also love the seems that run lengthwise edge of the bed on both the fitted & flat sheet. It makes it easy to make the bed. I also love the mattress pad I purchased. It stays put & doesn't wrinkle up under the fitted sheet. Unfortunately, the whole reason I bought SHEEX was for the cooling effect. My experience has been that these sheets are hotter than my old sheets! They are not cool to the touch at all & I feel hotter while sleeping than I did before with my original sheets. Big disappointment for me. I wish the fitted sheet was a little longer so it would stay tucked under the end of the mattress. With the flat sheet also being stretchy, it's very easy to get wrapped up in the flat sheet & not be able to get unwrapped because, when you pull on the sheet...it stretches. I know this seems a bit nit picky, but it is frustrating to be tangled up in the middle of the night when you're trying to sleep. I think if the fitted sheet was longer & stayed tucked under the mattress, this particular issue would be minimized. At some point in the future when my budget allows, I may try a different type of sheet set from SHEEX but for now, I'll live with a level of disappointment & a hope that one day I'll find a sheet that truly makes me feel cooler while sleeping!

I don’t like that the fitted sheet gets wrinkles when laying on it and then your skin gets wrinkles. I do love the black though.

I ordered these sheets because I get really hot at night and need sheets that stay cool and are breathable. While these sheets are amazingly soft, comfy and do not show any wrinkles; they are still not living up to the hype about helping you stay cool. I actually feel more stuffy/clammy while using them compared to other sets, the comfort/silkiness of the fabric does help to offset this, but I am sad to say I will have to continue my search for sheets that keep me cool at night.
