Not finding big use items. Found a microwave but no the dryer. Found one HVAC. I have two. Found a vacuum, not a refrigerator. There is no ability to help sense by turning on an appliance and telling sense what it is.

The system would be improved if it allowed me to help in identifying the various appliances. As it is, there is considerable uncertainty, and occasional misinformation.

Some decent device identification, a challenging piece of pattern recognition for sure. Two serious deficiencies: (1) I have 3 fridges on Kasa smart plugs with energy monitoring. Because the Kasa energy readings do not poll identically to Sense energy polling, Sense keeps thinking it has found another fridge. Bad. (2) Sense recently had a major server outage. By not immediately notifying users, I spent hours thinking I had a local problem. Terrible and dishonest customer relations.

I cannot put my thoughts of what device is running when I see "other" device. Only when the device has been "identified" can I rename it.

After years of use and very hopeful anticipation that side day this device would provide tangible benefit, unfortunately it falls short. Accuracy is just disappointing. Sure you can use smart devices to properly isolate devices but the overall accuracy is very disappointing.
