Sense easily finds old technology items like vacuums and tea kettles, but cannot ID high efficiency items like mini split Hvac systems, heat pump water heater, and induction cook top. 2 years and still hasn't found a bunch of high amperage items

The product is fine for the most part, but there is a lot of nuance that I think having some sort of phone support, even paid phone support, would be really helpful and bump this up to five stars

it can't find 27kw on demand water heater. one day it sees the dryer the next day it doesn't. still hasn't found mini split ac. I like being able to see solar generation usage and what comes from and goes to the grid. i am hoping you are still working to make it better so i can give you 5 stars.

The interface is pretty useful for solar production and usage monitoring, but the identification and monitoring of devices is not very useful or accurate.

Product good, knowledgeable tech support bad. Had to blow over a years worth of data out because your Technican couldn’t fix a bug. Not good!
