Great for monitoring personal energy usage. Very slow on identifying items. Customers should have the ability to breakout / identify individual energy signatures from the large pool under "Other" unidentified items. Otherwise Great product.

Got Sense email “offline”. App showed some simple steps that led to router problem. Had been getting some computer problems but did not think of checking router. Reboot back to normal. Thank you

I would like to be able to name something when I turn it on and it registers other and I can’t name it individually.

Sense could be better at identifying appliances. I am using the TP-link and the Kasa smart plugs to augment my Sense. I use the Kasa app to control on/off times of my appliances in an effort to reduce “Always on” times for appliances that Sense does not recognize. No matter how hard I try, my power utility provider still tells me that I am using more energy than comparable energy efficient homes. I charge my 2 Teslas from home. I have been able to get Sense to recognize both cars: Model S and Model 3. All the electrical power that I pull down from the PG&E grid is replaced by electricity from wind power generated by Arcadia Power in northern Oregon. I’m driving around on wind power!

All good but antanae for transmitter is too weak - has a hard time connecting with phone.
