Quite good but SO CLOSE to being amazing

Love my Sense - the one missing feature has always been that manual training thing - it just too often tries to identify a device that’s not exactly it… like recently it identified a heater (good!) but it was actually the signature of two heaters running at the same time (bad!) and now only shows on when both heaters happen to be on at the same time! I’d love to be able to go like “identify new device…” the flip the device on/off a couple times til’ the AI learns the device’s signature!

Gave me insight of a power problem

After weeks of flickering lights and some devices not functioning properly, having sense installed provided a full audit of all these issues. These can be found in the Sense Labs. After I provided to our power company, the sent two repair crews to repair my power. It ended up being the electrical supply to the house. I wish there was a faster method of discovering devices. After having this installed for 90+ days, it still has not discovered some devices. Looking forward to setting up solar and integrating the monitoring with Sense.

Still waiting for many more to be discovered

We've had the Sense for 3+ months and it has only detected a handful of devices.

Return shipping fee

Sense does not cover return shipping. It cost me $25 to send back after finding out the unit would not fit in my electrical panel.

Not a fan of email only support, since you lose at lease 24hrs on an answer that could be answered in minutes, BUT I got my answer.
