I am in the middle of a home energy transformation. We started with solar panels, then replaces the electric resistance hot water heater with a heat pump water heater. We added a mini split heat pump to our detached rental unit at the same time. Next will be a heat pump replacement of our main house furnace, followed with a Tesla Powerwall installation. Throughout the process, without the Sense Monitor I woudl have no data from which to monitor the changes. I find myself glued to the app after every change me make because it give me so much information on what is happening, both in real time and in the past. In the 3 months we have had the Sense Monitor with Solar installed, it has detected 22 different devices and is providing information an all of those. I have called tech support twice to help with connectivity issues when the monitor was first installed, and again after I put the solar leads on. Bath times they responded quickly and solved the issue remotely. I highly recommend this product!

Took the electrician no time to install. Once installed the setup was very easy. The app and website are terrific, and the online community is a great resource as well.

Supper accessible and supper helpful —- the technition was available and stuck with me until the problem with my unusual heat/cool system was resolved
