The smell is fabulous, I wish my clothes would smell like the soap when they are finished being washed. So far I'm happy!

I love all of the products I've received, however....I wish there was a way to just place a normal order without a subscription OR to get a delivery early. We had a heavy laundry month in our house and I had to go buy laundry soap at the store because we ran out of mygreenfills and I couldn't find any way to place an order for laundry soap or to have our subscription delivered early. I think every household sometimes has a month where laundry is a bit heavier than usual. If this could be fixed in the future that would be a five star rating from me.

I tried your products and my family could not tell the difference between your product and T***. The problem is that I have been stocking up on T***, and I have about 9 bottles to use before I can resume my subscription. I went to the website and it took about 15 minutes to figure out how I can change my subscription. Even then there was no option to suspend my plan. I don't want to cancel, and pay for the bottles again ( as if I could find that option either). Another thing, the video about the Honest Co. really confused me, because I am not already familiar with that brand. Is Selestial Soap and the Honest Co. affiliated, and if not why would you have to field questions about a competing brand and make a video? It seems a little shady to point out their negative media attention and announce your opinion on it, if the two companies are not affiliated.
