I think 3 months is still not enough time to use up all the soap that gets shipped. I wish I could put a every 6 months plan so I can take advantage of it. I still have soap from when I first joined.

I can change my subscription info and MGF processes it QUICK; however, I don't like that there is that limited functionality on the old site. I'd like to be able to see my account information/make changes without having to contact customer service during business hours (because let's face it, brains don't care what time of night it is! lol). That being said, the customer service team is really stellar! I hope as the company grows, that stays the same.

Love the product; would prefer a user friendly interface where you could see the changes you make to your shipments, when your next shipment is due to arrive, update payment info, etc.

I don't like the fact that u don't have a profile page and I can't update to smaller shipments. All my shipments are super big and I'm overflowing with their products. The soap does a good job. No irritations, allergies or complaints.

The soap is good, but could be improved. I like that it's great for sensitive skin and leaves no residue. It does poorly on pet odors or other odors. I have had to wash some things two and three times to get odors out.
