Old Site Very Limited
I can change my subscription info and MGF processes it QUICK; however, I don't like that there is that limited functionality on the old site. I'd like to be able to see my account information/make changes without having to contact customer service during business hours (because let's face it, brains don't care what time of night it is! lol). That being said, the customer service team is really stellar! I hope as the company grows, that stays the same.
