They tried to help me with a trade in credit but evil empire communist SHELTER LOGIC who has canopies on a shelf at the factory would not allow me to trade in a brand new unopened smaller canopy so I could expand my brand new shelter. No store credit for you peasent!!!!! Pay another 1k for a second canopy you peasent!!! That's what I got, and a shelter that's useless to me.... yay so much for customer service these days. Everybody sucks these days it seems...hardly any exceptions remain.....anybody WANT a 12x28 shelter? Come take it for free....
