shipping and communication were good. Actual products were mid to low quality for what the purchase price is.

Very nice gazebo for the price. Only real problem was several of the piece's of wood were warped badly, and that created alignment problems.

Product took about 5 weeks to get. Probably partly due to holidays. had a roof panel bend on us during installation. were short about 50 screws. Had a substitute part that worked well. Pieces labeled by part number which worked well to identify pieces. Assembly went pretty smooth.
