Seisuke Knife

I’m really impressed with the Seisuke Blue Super Petty Utility Knife (145mm). Right out of the box, it’s incredibly sharp and handles precise tasks like trimming, slicing fruit, and detail work with ease. The Blue Super steel holds its edge very well. The size is perfect for everyday prep not too big, not too small and it feels well-balanced in hand. The red parka wood handle is not only beautiful but also comfortable and secure, even during longer use. Overall, this is a high-quality, reliable knife that performs exactly how you’d expect from a Japanese blade. Definitely a great addition to any kitchen. Customer service went above and beyond overall a great experience. Will be a a customer for life!
