I'm reviewing the Kunihira Sairyu VG10 Damascus Migaki Finished Nakiri 165mm with Mahogany Handle. Received the knife quickly, in a well-padded container. Fast and clean, food prep with this nakiri is quick and a pure pleasure. The ergonomics of the handle and blade combination makes the knife easy and fun to use, and sharpening and cleaning have been a breeze.
