Seisuke Knife

Debated for a while and really glad I finally bought it. So much lighter and more comfortable than my old European style knives. Got easy care instructions before the knife arrived and shipping was remarkably fast. 2nd knife I’ve bought from Seisuke and will be back as I replace my home collection
