Beautiful Japanese knife that I use for everything.

Been going to Seisuke since first opened. Great service/selection. Have an eye for Yoshimi Kato signature, superior aesthetics beyond the great knives. Own 2 santokus, 2 wa petties [so I always have a pair when one set is out for sharpening], and a usuba that's pretty much dedicated to tomatoes. Love them all. Have bought gift knives here as well.
