Seisuke Knife

I like the lighter weight and feel of the handle versus another similar Santoku that I have. It didn't need sharpening for me on arrival and arrived in good time.

Was in yesterday for an event where I got to chose a blade, and a handle and watch my new knife get put together. It was a pretty cool, unique experience.
