I bought a Yoshimi Kato
I bought a Yoshimi Kato knife at a Seisuke store in Tokyo. I was immediately drawn to it and have never felt a knife like in my hands. I've had it for about two years now and have loved every use. I've recently shipped it to Seisuke in Oregon to have the blade sharpened and a few small bends fixed. It came back to me in immaculate condition. Excited to continue using my favorite kitchen tool knowing I'll be able to get it back to perfect any time I need.
