I love my knives from Seisuke. I have 2 serrated and 3 straight edge knives that are not only gorgeous but so sharp it’s like they’re cutting through butter. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I know I’ll buy more!

Terrific class! I thought I knew how to sharpen a knife. My own ignorance astonishes me. But now I know what to do—or what I'm supposed to be doing. Gotta practice!
