I purchased a knife from Seisuke Knife a few years ago. It was amazing. This past fall, I sent the knife in for sharpening, and it did not come back as sharp as I was expecting, so I wrote to them and mentioned it, and they brought it back again and resharpened it free of charge. It came back as sharp or sharper than it was when we first purchased it! Fantastic again!
