Very fast and efficient

I've had my knives sharpened here since 2020 and received great work at good rates. They were able to work with my really expensive blue carbon steel chef knife and give it new life after several bad chips and also make my cheap chinese cleaver a viable kitchen tool.

The staff are inviting and knowledgeable. A great balance! You always feel informed, but never pressured.

I was extremely skeptical to order a knife online rather then shop in person, however this is my third knife from seisuke and they are great!
