Seisuke Knife

I was extremely skeptical to order a knife online rather then shop in person, however this is my third knife from seisuke and they are great!

Wonderful service and kind staff. Always appreciate it when someone is willing to teach a beginner in a way that doesn’t make you feel stupid haha so props for that

When I don't have time or when my knives need a professional cleaning service I only take them to Seisuke.

I purchased a knife primarily for vegetable chopping and it is excellent so far. The gal that helped me was patient and knowledgeable. I also had two knives sharpened that I had purchased while in Japan. The owner there recommended this specific shop and I can understand why!
