Our knife showed up with a slightly bent tip. Customer service was quick to respond and sent a free return shipping label, took care of the problem, and returned it immediately. Very impressed!

Learned about using a stone flattener is the Knife Sharpening 101 course, and I’m super happy with this one, seems like it’ll last for as long as I’ll be sharpening knives, something I’ll do once a month or so as a home chef.
