Customer (manager) service is HORRIBLE!
Customer service on a product I needed to return that your associate order incorrectly was horrible! Especially since we were misinformed. Over the last month I have prefer literally thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from your company only to be treated as if I didn’t have a voice as a customer. Yes, I know you have hundreds of customers that spend thousands of dollars daily, your manager reminded me of this. I will NEVER step foot into another Seconds and Surplus. I will take my business to an establishment that has customer service and respects the customer.
