it didn't seem to be very organized .... like they didn't really care

I ordered four pantry cabinets for a project I was working on and had them delivered to my house several states away. When they arrived to my doorstep three of the four cabs were damaged to the point that they were not useable. I could tell from the shoddy packaging job and the way they were stacked on top of one another on their side just why they arrived damaged. Not to mention the cabinets themselves were very flimsy and cheaply made (other than the doors which were pretty and the main reason I ordered them) . When I contacted the internet orders department initially I was told that they would refund all my $$ and send a truck out to pick up the cabinets . Then I decided to give them a chance to send me 3 replacement cabinets. A week after saying they sent them out I got notified that the cabinets were not available and it would be 2-3 weeks additional so I decided at that time to just cancel and ask for a refund. Well now they will only refund the 3 damaged cabinets (which i had to haul off to the landfill myself) and nothing for the $250+ i spent on shipping. So at this point I have a cabinet I don't need and I'm out $500+ on this transaction. Shoddy customer service, they don't stand behind their merch and they offer products for sale online that they are not equipped to be able to get to you in one piece. Then they bail when you want a refund and you're stuck holding the bag. Never shopping here again

We came to pick up our new door and it was completely unprotected and damaged. So disappointed!

Never again. Good luck...you'll need it with this kind of quality. PS called Saturday the 2 on line reps "just left" have to call tomorrow to return the 15" firewood
