Flooring Frustration
I purchased my order online. When I went to pick it up, the store had sold my purchase to another customer and it was tagged with their name, so I could not leave with any flooring. I was told that they would ship it from another store and it would be there Monday. I went Monday, and then the shipment had not arrived yet. It did not seem like there was much compassion. I was leaving and then asked if they had some material anywhere else. They found some in stock on the floor that they did not realize they had. If I had not said anything, then I would have left empty handed again. It was very frustrating overall.
