It is fine if you want to got to the wrong location 1st and then wait forever to get your 1 item at a different location.

You guys sent me to the Garland location and they did not have the item. Then I went to the Dallas location. I had to wait 30 min to load 1 base cabinet that they knew I was coming to get. People were standing around all over the place. 4 people were loading, but apparently it take 1 to load and 3 to watch. They cannot balance bug order with small orders.

Terrible Customer Service

The service we received from Norma was absolutely the worst. We ordered the door immediately realized it was the wrong swing, called 4 times was told she was on vacation and we would need to contact her when she got back. A week later we finally were able to get in touch with her and she said sorry can’t do anything about it. You ordered it wrong. No help on how we could resolve the issue but the funny thing was that she knew about my situation when I started telling her how many times I tried to contact her. Once I asked for her managers information she then offered a return minus a 15% restocking fee. I declined because it shouldn’t take me having to ask for her manager for her to help me with a $300 door. I was going to order another door - actually a door that was double the price. I hope Norma receives some customer service training on how to always take care of the customer because at the end of the day she could have gained several customers but unfortunately has now lost some.
