Seconds and Surplus

Item was damaged when I went to pick it up at the store. Had to order a replacement and discovered there were several options I did have the chance to select online. Also, my project is delayed by another week or two until the replacement can be delivered.

On the website the fonts were all smushed together so you couldn't read it. I searched for wall cabinets and got tile. We ordered and never heard back, Had to call to make sure you had our order. Called a second time to find out when it was coming, Called a third time because we never heard back on the second call. Still waiting for delivery.

I have shopped at seconds and surplus for years and typically with no issues. The last two interactions have not been a good experience. Specifically on this situation I called the store before ordering a door online. I asked if I ordered the door and if was not what I needed could I return it. The answer was yes. I then placed the order in which an email said no returns. I immediately called and escalated my concerns with no success. I spoke to someone who said they would get back to me but never did. Then my order which I was told would b 7-10 days took over a month. Each time I was told my door would be in tomorrow and was given the run around. This was horrible customer service and overall experience. I will second guess any additional orders moving forward.

Comes broken and the person incharge of online sales, says contact shipping company. They refused to replace. Sent Jams today after all doors were paid to be repaired by a company locally. Run. Trying to get the word out so people dont get sold Broken items

$50 does not fix the damaged item. There is nothing listed on the website that there are no returns or replacements for damaged products.
