Had it shipped to the store. Reached out to the appropriate person to make sure they would release the slab to my handyman; was told all was set after emailing, etc. When he arrived, they wouldn’t release the slab to him even though he had everything they asked and needed. Got in touch with the appropriate person yet again, off he goes again, and they give him the wrong product. When I said wrong, it wasn’t even close! They finally got it right on the third try. Slab is not in perfect condition.

Door was damaged

The items shown on your website are not the actual items you have in stock. I tried ordering two different items from the website, only to find out they are not actually available. I had to cancel both orders and buy from another store.

PayPal did not work on the website. I have used seperate billing and shipping addresses befire and never had to send copies if my drivers license and credit card before. These 2 reasons are why i will nit use your company again.

I placed an order online for 7 boxes of flooring. I got an email stating to send a copy of my driver's license and credit card for verification. My address on my card didn't match my license so I was told by the lady that does internet sales, she had to get approval by the owner. I called three days straight and was told "the owner just left for the day". It made no sense, like why didn't you ask when he was there. So I called a different area of the store(day 4) and a lady name Debbie did everything she could to assist me. Five days after I placed the order I called and talked to a guy named Moses. I told him what was going on and how I wasnt getting any help from internet sales. He told me to give him five minutes. In less than five minutes he called me and said my order was approved and I should get shipping information in my email. Five whole days went by that my materials could've been shipped and Moses took care of it in less than 5 minutes when I was told internet sales sit by the owners office.
