Seconds and Surplus

Ordered an entry door online for delivery out of state. Took over 1 week to get the order picked up for shipping and then had to pick up at delivery company's dock. Was not a great delivery experience. The door was just what we wanted, just not all the troubles in shipping.

Response time is a bit slow regarding shipping ad delivery.one of our doors was lost and it was difficult to track down.

Quality control needs to improve on products.

I havent received my order yet.
