The product was good, but I ordered two inserts and received only one. I emailed them and they said that could send the other one for the full price and didn't even offer to do faster shipping. It takes up to 3 weeks and I had needed it sooner then that.

so sad my fern came broken. it was a gift for my mother.

Wanted to love these but when you adjust them to fit into the drawer they don’t tightly stay and our utensils move all around still and so do the acrylic dividers…

Didn't think it was plastic

One of three drawer organizers I ordered arrived damaged (like half of the side wall is completely unglued. I immediately emailed the company to request a replacement as their website assures. It has now been 17 days, multiple emails, and I still have not received a replacement shipping confirmation. Marketing is really good, to the point it is misleading, craftmanship is poor, delivery box was totally standard, which is fine, but the website says, it will be a beautiful package, customer support is horrible.
