One of three drawer organizers I ordered arrived damaged (like half of the side wall is completely unglued. I immediately emailed the company to request a replacement as their website assures. It has now been 17 days, multiple emails, and I still have not received a replacement shipping confirmation. Marketing is really good, to the point it is misleading, craftmanship is poor, delivery box was totally standard, which is fine, but the website says, it will be a beautiful package, customer support is horrible.

Disappointed

The organizer arrived damaged. I submitted a claim, but had already thrown out the packaging. So I have not heard anything back. Very poor customer service.

I never received my order and while customer service initially replied to my email. I haven’t gotten any reply since.

I have been patiently waiting for 2 return labels for my order. I have sent 3 emails with the only response “We will get back to you. Thank you for your patience”. My order was delivered in 2 packages so I need 2 return labels. There is not a customer service number listed so I can only contact through email.
