Customer service was very helpful due product issue. Finally able to use and enjoyed being able to walk away to prep food for a meal alao to be able to step away to work allowing th saki to continually stir to allow sauce to reduce without burning or getting a hot spot.

Your products don’t last long.i bought 4 tea pot none last over one year they started leaking.

The lid came scuffed buy Yucel at support sent me a brand new one and it came within a day or two. It's a great kettle as well.
