I have purchased SAKI Turkish Tea Samovar twice during the last 4-5 years. I use it daily, and enjoy it with my family as well as friends. When I had a problem with the samovar recently, I contacted directly the SAKI customer service, and they responded immediately. They were very courteous, and helped me resolve my problem in a very professional manner. I will highly recommend this product, as well as the customer support team.

This samovar allows me to go beyond the typical teabag in a cup tea I used to get at “coffee hour” after Liturgy. It’s disgusting how tea drinkers are forced to accept half-assed attempts at a non-coffee caffeinated beverage. I mean, at least it didn’t taste like residual coffee so I should be thankful? HELL NO! So I bought a Saki samovar & donated it to the church. Each week I make a robust pot of flavored tea ( this week it was ginger peach with a pinch of cinnamon for good measure) and I enjoy breaking the fast with a DECENT few cups of comforting, flavorful tea made at the proper temperature & steeped properly. Thank God for our Saki samovar!
