Hi, great products ! I would love a goose neck kettle/ Turkish tea combo...so that base could work for both, thanks, also easy instructions or recipes with brewer instead of finding just on you tube

The kettle performs its basic functions very well. Temperature is easy, accurate and stable. A consistent flow rate with near vertical stream is no problem. Two things that separate this from the pack are 1) creature comforts like cushioned handle, visual heating indication and automatic hold 2) The extraordinary service that Saki provides. I had an issue with the heating element and the kettle stopped working. These things happen with small electronics. The team was very responsive, replaced the kettle and were genuinely interested in figuring out what happened to improve for the future. Well done! Gladly recommend.
