Ordering was easy and shipping was prompt.

I purchased the Samovar in 2020. The faucet dispenser broke and we asked for a replacement and it was outside of warranty. Instead we wanted to try the Tea pot/with kettle. Once we used it once, we realized it does not keep the water warm like Samavor. So we returned it, and instead we replaced it back to Samavor. They did NOT charge us the difference. They’ve the best customer service & with timely response. I am very happy with their services. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Saki!! Regards, MA
