First order was marked ready to ship for weeks. After inquiry, re-ship was set up by Sabavi. Same issue… still hasn’t shipped. I want my item or I want a refund.

Very frustrated at the moment
So far we are not satisfied. We ordered a square golden tray. It took over two weeks to get to us. A circular silver tray was delivered. Maybe we will be satisfied with the customer service during the return process.

Order incomplete
Everything was fine except for the fact that I only received 2/3 of my order. The cups were missing which is what I wanted most in my order. I reached out via email and haven’t received a response in 2 days.
