The received item was not what I anticipated and cannot use. There is no documentation on how to return for refund.

I received a broken glass. I reached out and provided pictures. I was told this was being looked into. I am still waiting days later.

First order was marked ready to ship for weeks. After inquiry, re-ship was set up by Sabavi. Same issue… still hasn’t shipped. I want my item or I want a refund.

platter was broken, reached out to you no ws tols somebody would call. 24 hours later - crickets. This is. Gift that needs to be replaced by 12/21. Clock is ticking.

So far we are not satisfied. We ordered a square golden tray. It took over two weeks to get to us. A circular silver tray was delivered. Maybe we will be satisfied with the customer service during the return process.
