Wrong product arrived, no response from customer support after a week
I ordered 10 placemats. 6 arrived with the correct color, 4 arrived in the wrong color. Sending an email to care@sabavihome.com as suggested in the website did not help, as no one replied within a week.
I just started disputing the charge with my credit card company, and got an email asking about the experience with this shop, so thought I'll write down the details. Maybe someone will see it and help.
