Sabavi shipped the wrong item then took over a week to ship a replacement. They completely missed the holiday I was planning to use the item for. Terrible customer service

had a major problem with a product it broke within a week so I reached out to Sabavi and have heard nothing

It wasn’t good

The received item was not what I anticipated and cannot use. There is no documentation on how to return for refund.

I received a broken glass. I reached out and provided pictures. I was told this was being looked into. I am still waiting days later.
