It was fine! The RMA procedure is a bit annoying. Wrong item was shipped to me, no gesture to make it easier for me to return and get the correct item. I had to go thru the usual procedure as if it was a regular return

A month ago, I ordered a lamp for my sister's birthday. I found no place on the order form to put her address. I wrote and very kindly, the address was changed to hers in Trurow, MA. I received a lamp also. I have tried several times to start return, as I did not pay for 2 lamps.

One of the items I received was the wrong item. Sabavi took care of it right away and sent me the right item and also a printable return address to send back the wrong item. Other than that I was very happy with the quality of the items I ordered.
