We put one of the new bowls in the dishwasher -- in the top tray -- the box said they were dishwasher safe -- but the bowl's finish cracked while in the dishwasher. We are now hand washing them.

It was fine! The RMA procedure is a bit annoying. Wrong item was shipped to me, no gesture to make it easier for me to return and get the correct item. I had to go thru the usual procedure as if it was a regular return

A month ago, I ordered a lamp for my sister's birthday. I found no place on the order form to put her address. I wrote and very kindly, the address was changed to hers in Trurow, MA. I received a lamp also. I have tried several times to start return, as I did not pay for 2 lamps.
