The process was easy, and it took about 3 weeks totally from order to delivery. The mattress seems to be made from quality materials and the Luxury Firm is perfect. I'm 6' 1", 200lbs and the support is perfect. I would highly recommend this mattress, and I'm really picky...

Saatva has been an Awesome Experience. The delivery of the new and pickup of our old mattress was seamless. Unfortunately we did not like the new mattress but that was not a problem for Saatva. The return phone call was very present from Rich F. He was super nice and took cake of our refund immediately. Waiting on the mattress to be picked up but I’m betting all will go well!

Ordering was easy. Delivery went very smooth and the two persons were in and out in about five minutes. The mattress is very comfortable and I no longer notice occasional but regular discomfort in my shoulders and hips since I am a side sleeper. 11-inch size is just right for me using a platform bed. I ordered the Saatva Classic mattress with the Luxury Firm comfort level.
