Shipping was easy. I had researched the best mattress on the market, and Saatva beat every other. I was on vacation in Asia and Africa when I got the email about the Memorial Day sale. I asked your staff if I could order and get delivery after I returned home. The representative assured me I could. I got a phone call informing me of the delivery date and another with the time. Two men carried the mattress in, took off the plastic, and set it in place on the bed. They wrapped my old mattress in the plastic and left. They were here and gone within five minutes. It was all very easy.

The store was a pleasure, as was the salesperson. I would never buy a mattress on line. One has to try it out to know if it will work. It has lived up to our expectations.
