Purchase process, communication, and delivery were outstanding!

very happy - all went well except for one thing. We bought the mattresses and used our head board and frame. The first delivery team damaged the frame and then told us to throw out certain pieces. When the repair team came they said it was a big mistake. This led us to buy the headboard and frame from you. While we appreciated this problem being taken into account by the salesperson at the store it was a difficult situation for us as we had to spend a lot of extra time and had the additional expense. While we are happy we think the entire headboard and frame should have be given to us. We still paid more than $1,000 that we would not have had to pay if the first set up was right

We received our new mattress as ordered, on time. Customer service was responsive and delivery personnel were very professional. We are very happy with our purchase.

They were fast and the guys were in and out of my house with the old mattress in minutes! It was awesome!
